Beverly Lan, CPA has over 20 years of public and private industry experience in accounting, taxation and management consulting, specializing in income tax planning and compliance for individuals and closely-held business entities, with additional emphases in accounting system setup and internal control system review.

Beverly's client experience encompasses a variety of businesses and industry types including manufacturing, fishing industries, health care industries, wholesale, retail, restaurants, real estate, construction, professional service industries, etc. Her experience includes solving tax and accounting issues for high net-worth individuals and related entities. She also provides consulting services in the area of accounting system and internal control system setup to multi-state businesses and U.S. subsidiaries of foreign publicly traded companies.

Beverly is a Certified Public Accountant in California. She received a Master of Business Administration in accounting specialization with a double Emphasis in Computer Management from National University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Soochow University. Her professional associations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the California Society of CPAs (CALCPA) and Chinese American CPA Association (CACPAA).
